We operate lean by design. Every person added changes the speed, judgment, and shape of the company. We do not hire casually. The bar is high and it is not lowered because there is an opening.

The short version

If you run infrastructure independently, understand systems at a protocol level, and do not need supervision to be useful, you already know whether this is for you.

How we evaluate people

Everyone is welcome. We do not care where you live, where you are from, what you look like, what you believe, or what private label you attach to yourself. None of that helps run infrastructure. We care whether you speak English, work well with other people, stay reliable under pressure, and can be trusted to do the job without turning every inconvenience into a discussion.

We have no interest in identity politics at work, personal branding disguised as substance, or endless debates about feelings, tone, and social choreography. This is a company, not a support group, identity workshop, or a campus committee. If you need constant validation, you are in the wrong place and this will go badly for you. You are expected to be capable of dealing with other adults without creating drama around every minor discomfort. If that sounds harsh, good. It saves everyone time.

The part where we compensate properly, unlike some in the industry

We pay well, cover the costs that matter, and reward output (not input). This is not one of those pathetic setups where a company buys you half a sloppy sandwich, calls it “culture,” and expects gratitude. If you perform, you are treated properly.

In return, we expect you to be reliable, useful, accountable, and capable of operating without constant supervision. The deal is simple enough that it should not require a workshop.
